Customer statements
Requirement
With customer statements, customers can reconcile their account information, resolve outstanding issues, and arrange prompt payment based upon agreed payment terms.
In this country, in addition to normal M3 itemized statements, customers also expect to see an aging of their total debt.
M3 solution
Customer statements can be printed with or without suitable aging rules and based on the invoice date or the due date.
