Duplicate Supplier Detection is an Insights solution that uses Infor Artificial Intelligence to analyze potential duplicate supplier records identified through batch processing of supplier primary data.
The solution generates intuitive, automated reports that streamline the supplier review process by showing the similarity scores and highlighting the matching key attributes. The higher the similarity score, the more likely the two suppliers are duplicates.
To determine similarity scores, these key attributes are compared between the original and the matched suppliers:
- Phone number
- Organization number
- Address
- Postal code
- VAT code
- City
- Country code
