Setting the document name in an agreement

You can set the document name in an agreement to get consistency across a full agreement. This process is applicable for these scenarios:
  • The same document name should apply to all flows within an agreement
  • To have a configurable override that does not require mapping changes
  1. Open the agreement in IEC.
  2. Find the custom fields or integration parameters section.
  3. Add or modify the agr:ionDocumentName field and specify the document name.
    For example, specify Sync.CustomerOrder in the agr:ionDocumentName field. The agreement-level override takes effect if the mapping-level value map:ionDocumentName is not set.
  4. Save the agreement.
