Viewing data translator statistics

You can view the translations that are in use in a mapping and update the translations table for unused records.

Note: The weekly statistics data for the previous year is cleaned up every February 1 of the current year. For example, the weekly statistics data for 2025 is cleaned up on February 1, 2026.
  1. In the Enterprise Collaborator Administration screen, click Utilities to display the Datatranslator page.
  2. Click Flexible Cache to display the Data Translator Statistics section.
  3. Select a granularity option:
    • Recent (current day): Shows the total number of data translation usage for the current day.
    • Weekly Total: Shows the total number of weekly usage for each translation data that includes information on the specific week it was used.
  4. Click Filter to display the usage count for each translation key.
    Data translator statistics is displayed in these columns:
    • Translation Key: Shows the total of all keys delimited by "|".
    • Usage Count: Shows the total number of usage of each translation.
    • Week Ending: Shows the usage date from the IEC database in MM-DD-YY format when the Weekly Total is selected as the granularity option.
  5. To save the data translator statistics as a CSV file, click the save icons for the used and unused data translations.
