Copying a Partner Agreement

You can copy Agreements for standard and custom BODs. You must also create a folder where you place the duplicate agreement.

Note: You cannot move the duplicate agreement in the main Agreements folder.
  1. In the Enterprise Collaborator Agreements screen, select the Agreements or Custom parent folder and select an agreement.
  2. Click the Duplicate icon.
    A prompt shows whether the agreement is duplicated. The name of the agreement also contains a suffix _Copy_1.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Select the created folder and click Select to save the copied EXT3 Custom BOD agreement under the created folder.
