Customer Classification

The Customer Classification extends Customer Profitability Analysis by integrating customer tiers that was processed by Infor's Artificial Intelligence (Infor AI) into the customer master data in M3.

The solution supports these integration methods in the 'Customer. Open' (CRS610) program in M3:

  • Batch processing through an H5 script in M3

    This method retrieves AI-generated customer classifications from the Birst report and applies mass updates to selected customer records in M3.

  • Drillback through a Birst dashboard

    This method enables you to access and update a customer grade in M3 directly from the Customer Details report in the Customer Profitability Analysis dashboard.
