Email processing requirements

To ensure consistent and accurate handling of incoming emails, these requirements must be met:

• All emails to be processed must be stored in the TestCertificate folder.
• Only emails marked as Read will be picked up by the bot for processing. Emails in an Unread state will be ignored by the RPA process.
• The RPA process supports only PDF files as attachments for processing.
• Emails containing multiple PDF attachments are accepted and will be processed accordingly.
