Supplier Performance Insights
Supplier Performance Insights uses Infor Artificial Intelligence (Infor AI) to analyze supplier performance based on purchase order data from your ERP system. It evaluates supplier performance by using these criteria: promptness, quantity, and quality. This solution was previously named Vendor Performance. The application combines these criteria to generate an overall supplier performance score. This score is used to rank suppliers and assign performance tiers.
You can schedule report processing to run regularly, such as weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Supplier Performance Analysis
The Supplier Performance Analysis dashboard summarizes supplier performance results by using reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). You can filter the analysis by run date, division, and supplier to review performance for a specific reporting period or supplier group.

| Supplier Tier Distribution | Shows the number of suppliers assigned to each tier for the selected run date. |
| Supplier Performance Details | Shows supplier-level details, including tier, performance score, promptness score, quantity score, quality score, and number of transactions. |
Supplier tiers are determined by score thresholds that are configured in the Machine Learning Quest.
