Review Center overview

The Review Center is a workspace for managing and resolving records that RPA cannot process during the customer order creation workflow.

Records are sent to the Review Center when the RPA process cannot identify or validate critical order details, or when the purchase order document cannot be processed by Infor Document Processor (IDP). In the Review Center, you can view the original purchase order document, review the extracted data, and correct the information before resubmitting the record for processing in M3.

Queues

The record queues are organized in these tabs:
  • Missing Information: For records where RPA cannot determine critical data from the document, such as customer code, facility, or division. You can specify the correct data and resubmit the record for processing in M3.
  • Technical Errors: For records that IDP cannot process due to technical issues, such as unsupported file formats, file size or quality issues, or language limitations. You can move the record to the Missing Information tab for reprocessing and resubmission. Alternatively, you can archive the record if the document is invalid.

Data tabs

The right panel shows the details of the selected record. These tabs are available:
  • Error Details: Shows the list of errors to fix. Each error entry includes the error description and the error category.
  • Header: Shows high-level information about the customer order extracted from the document. The required fields are marked with an asterisk.
  • Line Items: Shows the details of each line item extracted from the purchase order document.

Lookup framework

You can search and retrieve primary data directly from M3 in Review Center. You do not need to switch between applications when correcting record data.

These lookups are available:

  • Facility Lookup: Search for facilities in M3 (CRS008)
  • Customer and Address ID Lookup: Search for customers and address IDs in M3 (CRS610)
  • Item Number Lookup: Search for item numbers in M3 (MMS200)
  • Unit of Measure (UOM) Lookup: Search for UOMs in M3 (CRS050)

To use a lookup, click the lookup icon next to the relevant field in Review Center. A search dialog box is displayed where you can specify search criteria and select the correct value from the results.
