Limitations

This solution has the following limitations:

• This solution only supports the standard customer order creation process where the customer and item master data already exist in M3.
• This solution only supports PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG file formats. Additionally, PDF documents must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• This solution only supports English.
• This solution only captures self-learning data for attributes where the Use for Self-Learning field is enabled in Review Center. Attributes without this setting are not included in self-learning, regardless of whether the customer order is processed successfully.
