Resolving missing information records in the Review Center

To resolve missing information records, you must have access to the Review Center in RPA Management. Additionally, you must review the error details to identify which fields require correction.
  1. From RPA Management, open the Review Center and select M3HeadlessCustomerOrderCreation from the use case list.
  2. On the Missing Information tab, select the record to correct.
  3. On the right panel, click the Error Details tab and verify the listed errors.
  4. Resolve the header-level errors:
    1. Click the Header tab.
    2. Specify the missing or incorrect values for the affected line items.
    3. Click Update Fields.
  5. Resolve the item-level errors:
    1. Click the Line Items tab.
    2. Specify the missing or incorrect values for the affected line items.
    3. Click Update Fields.
  6. Verify that the errors on the Error Details tab are resolved.
  7. Click Submit.
The corrected values are revalidated against the M3 master data before the record is processed. The customer, facility, and item values are verified.
If a value cannot be identified in M3, the record is retained in the Review Center. The validation errors are displayed on the Error Details tab. If all values are identified, the record is processed and a customer order is created.
Note: Corrections to the Customer, Address, and Facility fields, and to the item mappings, are saved as training input. Successful processing outcomes are also captured. This data is used to improve prediction accuracy for future documents.
