Updating M3 master data from the Review Center

When you enable M3 master data updates for a field, RPA adds the corrected value to the M3 master data. Without this setting, the correction applies only to the current record.

Before you can update M3 master data, you must resolve the missing information in the record.

  1. Select RPA Management > Review Center.
  2. Select M3HeadlessCustomerOrderCreation from the use case list.
  3. On the Missing Information tab, select the record for which you want to update the M3 master data.
  4. Click the Header tab or the Line Items tab.
  5. For each applicable field, select True in the Approve M3 Master Data field.
  6. Click Update Fields.
  7. Click Submit.
