Verifying AI endpoint status

Use this procedure to troubleshoot cases where Customer Duplicate Detection (CDD) or Customer Compliance Check (CCC) returns -1 or approves the request unexpectedly, even though a matching customer is identified.
  1. In OS, select Artificial Intelligence > Quests.
  2. Locate these quests:
    • For CDD: ASST_SERO_CustomerDuplicateDetection
    • For CCC: CUST_OPPP_CustomerComplianceCheck
  3. Verify that the status of the endpoint is INSERVICE.
  4. If the endpoint is not in service, retrain and redeploy the model.
