User arguments for Bill of Lading Digitization

This table shows the required user arguments in RPA:

User argument Description Data type Sample value
configurationFolder Use this argument to define the structure of the OneDrive shared folder where signed and scanned Bill of Lading documents are stored.

The owner of this shared OneDrive folder must grant access to the user who is responsible for running the process and for using the oneDriveAccountID and the configuration folder. Access to the shared folder is controlled by the oneDriveAccountID parameter.

The user who runs the automation flow must access the configuration folder to create a separate Inbox folder for incoming documents. The Inbox must follow the same folder structure as the other folders, such as Logs, Failure, and Success.

string SharedFolder\BillOfLading\Inbox
oneDriveAccountID Specify the account ID, usually in the format of an email address, of the user who owns the OneDrive folder defined in the configurationFolder parameter. string user.account@infor.com
accountingEntity The accounting entity in M3, formed by concatenating the company and division values in the format company_division. string 100_AAA
distributionType Specify one of these values to define the recipient of the ION Notification after each RPA process completes:
  • USER: Specific user
  • GROUP: User group
string USER or GROUP
userIdentifier If you set the distributionType to USER, you must specify the value in Security User GUID for the user. You can find this value in OS > Security > Manage > Users. This user receives an ION Notification in the M3 Inbox when the RPA process is finished.

If you set the distributionType to GROUP, you must specify the name of the user group created in OS > Security > Manage > Groups. Users connected to this group receive an ION Notification in the M3 Inbox when the RPA process is finished.

Note: You must have the UserAdmin role to access this information.
