Required security roles

This table shows the security roles required to access and manage specific areas of Infor OS:

 Import and export workflows, manage active workflows, configure ION scripts, API Flows, and Business Rules, and manage workflow authorizations.
Infor AI Admin Coleman-Admin or AI-Admin, depending on version Deploy and manage Coleman AI or Infor AI quests and endpoints used for duplicate detection and compliance checks.
API Gateway Admin IONAPI-Administrator Register M3 APIs, such as CRS610MI and MNS150MI, in the API Gateway.
Portal Admin PortalAdmin Import and publish workspaces and manage widgets.
Users who create or maintain the M3CustomerCreationRequest_ApprovalMatrix in ION Business Rules DECISIONSERVICE-Editor Create and update a matrix and must submit it for approval before the matrix becomes active.
Users who create or maintain the M3CustomerCreationRequest_ApprovalMatrix in ION Business Rules DECISIONSERVICE-Approver Approve and activate or reject a matrix.
Note: Access to M3 applications, such as CRS610, is managed separately through M3 user security in MNS150 and SES400. Users must be defined as M3 users and granted the appropriate function permissions.

End-user access to a workspace is controlled by the security role assigned to the published workspace. Requesters must have the appropriate role to access and use the Customer Account Request - Enhancement workspace.

The START and MANAGE workflow authorization settings are configured for each workflow in ION > Authorizations > Workflow Authorization. To start or manage a workflow, you must be assigned to the security role that is authorized for that workflow. To access the Workflow Authorization settings, you must be assigned the MingleIONEnabled role.

User or groups for customer creation tasks

The distribution of tasks is controlled by groups in Infor Security. The administrator must have the security role IFS-GroupsAdmin to maintain groups.

You must have knowledge about the inbox, widgets and workflow in Infor OS.
