Project Overview

Project Overview is an Experience Designer application and one of several applications that replace the Project Portal mashup.

A project manager can open the Project Overview application, search for a project, and immediately view a summary of KPIs, financial status, outstanding invoices, and related orders. If more detail is needed, a project manager can drill down into specific components or use the provided links to open related M3 programs.

The main purpose of the Project Overview application is to streamline project management by offering:

Comprehensive project visibility: You can search for and select projects, view key performance indicators (KPIs), financial information, forecasts, invoices, customer orders, work orders, purchase orders, and rental agreements in one place.
Actionable insights: Components such as Spotlight display KPIs and project results, while DataGrids and Forms present detailed lists and financial summaries, enabling informed decision-making.
