M3 Warehouse Staff Workspace

This workspace uses standard configurable widgets such as M3 Information Monitor, M3 Information Viewer, and M3 Search & List. Because you can configure these widgets, you should treat the workspace as a template rather than a finished production workspace.

Before you use the workspace in production, create your own copy and make the required changes. Standard workspace updates can be delivered at any time and may overwrite changes made directly to the original workspace.

This table shows the available widgets in the workspace:

Widget	Description
My Day	Shows the current date, greeting, and user profile.
My CO Deliveries Last 7 days	Use this widget to view customer order deliveries from the last seven days.
My DO Deliveries Last 7 days	Use this widget to monitor distribution order deliveries from the last seven days.
Manage Warehouse Activities	Use this widget to access key warehouse functions, such as Warehouse Management Desk, Distribution and Shipping, Inventory Control, and Move Goods.
On Your Radar	Use this widget to monitor work activity, such as delayed work requests, breakdown service orders, and work orders with various statuses. Click a card to view additional details.
On Your Radar Drilldown	Use this drillback to view detailed records for the selected card in the On Your Radar widget. Click a record to perform additional actions.
Items	Use this widget to search for and view item records, such as the item name, description, status, and responsible user. Click a link to view additional item information.
Suppliers	Use this widget to search for and view supplier information, such as supplier number, name, status, contact details, and country. Click a supplier link to view additional supplier information.
Balance Identities	Use this widget to review balance identity records, such as warehouse, location, lot number, container, and on-hand balance status. Click a balance identity link to view additional balance identity information.
Reclassify Balance	Use this widget to reclassify balance identities by specifying the warehouse, location, item number, lot number, container, and status balance ID. When you select a record in the Balance Identities widget, the fields are automatically populated.
Unit of Measure Conversion	Use this widget to perform unit of measure conversions for selected items. Select a record in the Items widget to enable unit of measure conversion.
Receive Purchase Order	Use this widget to search for and receive open purchase order lines. Filter purchase order lines by warehouse, supplier, or date range.
Where am I Working	Use this widget to sign in to a new company or division.
Move to Location	Use this widget to move items between locations by specifying the item number and lot number, and validating the destination location.

• Available in English only.
• Optimized for the four-column layout in OS Portal.
