EQM Product Support

The EQM Product Support application is the primary workspace for product support sales representatives (PSSRs). When you create a quotation, the application assigns the Aftermarket quotation category and shows only quotations in this category. You can use the available panels and tabs to manage the quotation process from creation through release and to manage post-release follow-up inquiries.
