Keeping the latest summary of regular health checks helps the service customer support provide customers with accurate status and quick updates on their equipment.
The summary is also saved in M3 as a text block in 'Equipment/Serialized Item. Open' (MMS240).
Prerequisites
Before using this widget, consider this information:
- You must enable the GenAI Embedded Experience for M3 before you can use this widget. The feature must be toggled on the CloudSuite Self-ServicePortal (CSSP).

- This widget works within M3 if the application or program is sending InforProductNumber and InforSerialNumber entity types. For example, you might open 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100) to use the required entity types and from which you can retrieve information on equipment.
- When you use this widget in a workspace, open another widget to send the required InforProductNumber and InforSerialNumber entity types. For example, you may open the M3 Information Viewer widget to retrieve equipment listed from 'Work Schedule. Open Toolbox' (MOS195).
Supported languages
The widget interface, labels, and configuration options are displayed in the user's preferred language. If the preferred language is not supported, the widget is displayed in English (en-US).

Configuring the widget
Use this procedure to specify the required widget settings and save the configuration.
- Click the menu icon on the widget title bar and select .
- Specify this information:
- Title
- Click the unlock button and specify a widget title.
- Image query
- Specify the IDM query definition that returns the available images in the content area of the widget..
- Save in all language
- Switch this toggle to generate your health summary in all available languages..
- Click .
Generating a health check summary
This procedure is applicable when your selected equipment holds an empty summary.
- In M3, select an equipment from 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100).
If used in a workspace, click an equipment from the M3 Information Viewer widget.
- On the widget, click . The widget opens an Equipment Health pop up where the generation of the new summary takes place.
- You can modify the health summary from the widget body if necessary or click to produce a new content of health summary based on your selected equipment.
- If your summary requires to be translated, select an available language from the Language field. The summary might take awhile to translate.
- Click .
The summary is saved in your selected language.
Translating a health check summary in available languages
Use this procedure to translate your health summary in all languages available in OS Portal.
All translated summaries are stored in text blocks which you can view through 'Equipment/Serialized Item. Open' (MMS240/B).
- In M3, select an equipment from 'Work Order. Open' (MOS100).
If used in a workspace, click an equipment from the M3 Information Viewer widget.
- On the widget menu, click .
- From the Settings dialog, switch .
- Click .
- Return to the main widget display and click . The widget opens an Equipment Health pop up but containing all available languages alongside with the summary. Generation of translated content takes awhile to complete.
- Optionally, you can modify a translated health summary. From the Language panel, select a language first and modify its translated content from the New Equipment Health text box. You may also copy a translated content and paste it in a different file format to use for review.
