M3 Plant Maintenance Technician Workspace

As a plant maintenance technician, you can use this workspace to manage daily maintenance tasks from a single location.

Use the workspace to monitor assigned work orders, check equipment status, access customer and asset information, and perform key maintenance activities without switching between multiple applications.

In this workspace, you can access the tools, links, and monitoring features that support your maintenance activities and help you stay organized.

Before you use the workspace

This workspace uses configurable standard widgets, such as M3 Information Monitor, M3 Information Viewer, and M3 Search & List. Because these widgets can be configured, you should treat the workspace as a template rather than a finished production workspace.

Before you start using the workspace in production, create your own copy and make any required changes. Standard workspace updates can be delivered at any time and may overwrite changes made directly to the original workspace.

My Day View a personalized greeting and today's date.
WOs Planned to Start in Next 5 Days View work orders scheduled to start within the next five days.
Equipment Not Available View equipment that is currently unavailable.
On Your Radar Monitor assigned planned work requests and work orders. Select a card to view more information.
On Your Radar Drilldown View detailed records related to a selected card from the On Your Radar widget and take further action.
Create Work Order Create a new work order. Click New Work Order and complete the required information.
Items Search for and view item information, such as the item name, description, status, and responsible user.
Price and Availability Check item pricing and inventory availability across warehouses.
Related Items View items related to the selected item.
Customers Search for and view customer records.
Customer Equipment List Search for and view customer equipment records.
Where Am I Working Check in to a different company or division.
