M3 Project Coordinator Workspace
Use this workspace to review project activity through widgets, monitors, and drilldowns that show active projects grouped by project manager, open purchase orders grouped by supplier, and a summary of key project information such as budget, cost, and progress for a selected project.
Before you use this workspace
This workspace uses standard configurable widgets such as M3 Information Monitor, M3 Information Viewer, and M3 Search & List. Because you can configure these widgets, you should treat the workspace as a template rather than a finished production workspace.
Before you use the workspace in production, create your own copy and make the required changes. Standard workspace updates can be delivered at any time and may overwrite changes made directly to the original workspace.

| Active Projects by PM | Use this widget to view active projects grouped by project manager. Click a bar to see the list of projects for that manager. Click the link to open the project record for more details. |
| Open Project PO's by Supplier | Use this widget to open purchase orders for a project, grouped by supplier. Click the link to open the purchase order record for more details. |
| On Your Radar | Use this monitor to track open project purchase orders, open shipments to projects, and capital projects awaiting approval. Click a card to show more details. |
| On Your Radar Drilldown | Use this drilldown to view detailed records based on the selected card from the On Your Radar widget and take further action. |
| Search Projects | Use this widget to search for active projects by project number, version, and description. Click a project to show more project information. |
| Project Executive Summary | Use this widget to view a summary of key project information, such as budget, cost, and progress, for the selected project. |
| Where Am I Working | Use this widget to check in to a new company or division. |
