M3 Plant Maintenance Manager Workspace

As a plant maintenance manager, you can use this workspace to monitor work orders, equipment status, customer information, and maintenance activities from a single location.

Use this workspace to manage daily maintenance operations more efficiently through quick access to operational information, maintenance processes, and common tasks through widgets, links, and monitoring tools.

Before you use the workspace

This workspace uses configurable standard widgets, such as M3 Information Monitor, M3 Information Viewer, and M3 Search & List. Because these widgets can be configured, you should treat the workspace as a template rather than a finished production workspace.

Before you start using the workspace in production, create your own copy and make any required changes. Standard workspace updates can be delivered at any time and may overwrite changes made directly to the original workspace.

This table shows the available widgets in the workspace:

Widget Description
My Day View a personalized greeting and today's date.
WOs Planned to Start in Next 5 Days View work orders that are scheduled to start within the next five days.
Equipment Not Available View equipment that is currently unavailable.
On Your Radar Monitor key operational indicators, such as planned work requests, work orders, and work order operations. Select a card to view more details.
On Your Radar Drilldown View detailed records for a selected indicator from the On Your Radar widget and take further action.
Create Work Order Create a new work order. Click New Work Order and complete the required information.
Items Search for and view item records, including item names, descriptions, statuses, and responsible users. Select an item to view additional information.
Price and Availability View item pricing information and available inventory across warehouses.
Related Items View items related to the selected item. Select a record to view more details.
Customers This widget works in context with the Customer Equipment List widget.
Customer Equipment List Search for and view customer equipment records. Select a record to view additional information.
Where Am I Working Check in to a different company or division.
