M3 Health Service Mapping API

The mapping function sendHealthEvent(String description, String cause) is used to raise a Warning health service notification.

Multiple calls within the same mapping execution are consolidated into a single health event. Each description is appended together, and the full detail is persisted as a .txt file attached to the message.

The event is sent after the mapping is finished and not immediately on each call.
