Setting Message ID and Tracking ID into Document ID

By default, Message ID from IMS inbound messages and Tracking ID from Event Hub outbound messages are automatically set into the Document ID field so that it becomes searchable in Advanced Search. You can change this automatic setting.

  1. On the Enterprise Collaborator Administration screen, select Settings > Feature Toggle Setting.
  2. Clear the check boxes for these feature names to disable automatic setting of Document ID of messages:
    • feature.enable.useMessageIdForInboundDocumentId: Applicable for IMS channel.
    • feature.enable.useTrackingIdForOutboundIonDocumentId: Applicable for Event Hub.
    Note: Changes are only applied to all new messages.
