Importing IDM configuration

Upload the IDM configuration extracted from M3FBM_<Country>_IDM.zip.

  1. In Document Management Control Center, select Administration > Import.
  2. Import the IDM configuration XML file, which should contain the document types M3_CustomerInvoice_XML and M3_SupplierInvoice_XML.
  3. For ZUGFeRD compliance, upload the ZUGFeRD layout document to the M3 Layout Template in IDM:
    1. Download the table included in the M3FBM_DE_IDM.zip file.
    2. In IDM, navigate to Add Document.
    3. Select the Document Type as M3 Layout Template, then click Create.
    4. On the Attributes tab, specify this information:
      Printer File
      Specify ZUGFeRDDE.
      Timestamp
      Specify the current date and time.
      Status
      Select Approved.
    5. On the File tab, upload the document E-Invoice IDM.docx that was downloaded earlier, then click Save.
