Splitting by detecting the number of lines

  1. Edit the Split Redetect Process.
  2. Select the check box of the Number of Lines option, and then click the Edit icon.
  3. On the Number of Lines Split Additional Settings dialog box, specify this information:
    Header
    Specify a header name. For example, specify Header1.
    Header Record Count
    Specify a numeric value.
    Trailer
    Specify a trailer name. For example, specify Trailer1.
    Trailer bytes hint
    Specify a numeric value.
    Number of lines hint
    Specify 10.
    No Split Record
    Specify a value. For example, specify XSPLIT.
    Start Position
    Set all start position to 1.
  4. Click Update and then click Add.
