Experience Designer - Dashboard

The M3UI-designer or the M3UI-approver role is required to access the designer dashboard. As a designer, you can create and modify applications. The designer dashboard is in H5 under Administration Tools.

From the designer dashboard, you can create a new application, modify existing applications, lock an application, and perform other functions.

Using the search feature on the designer dashboard, you can search for an application by specifying the title or the short name of the application in the Search field. You can also use the filtering feature to find applications in these statuses:
  • Checked out
  • Checked out by me
  • Created by Me
  • Latest Versions
  • Draft
  • Ready for approval
  • Approved

As a designer, you can change the status of an application from Draft to Ready for approval or Approved. The status indicates the application's phase in the development process.
