Customizing the Partner Agreement and ION configuration for third-party connectivity tool

If you only need the FBM proprietary output and intend to use an alternative third-party tool to connect to KSeF, you must manually configure the settings in the Partner Admin tool.

For this scenario, the FBM proprietary invoice XML message is supported. Support for the connection to the third-party tool and processing feedback from it is not included. Therefore, the use of inbound mapping is not applicable.

  1. Create documents:
    1. In Infor M3, select Administration Tools > Enterprise Collaborator Configuration.
    2. Click the Documents tab.
    3. Click +.
    4. Specify this information:
      Name and Description
      Specify the mapping name.
      Type
      Select ANY.
      Send
      Select this check box.
    5. Click Save.
    6. If there are multiple maps involved, create a separate document for each mapping.
  2. In Infor M3, select Enterprise Collaborator Administration > Server > Agreement Status, select the standard agreement and click Deactivate.
  3. Create a custom agreement:
    1. In Infor M3, select Administration ToolsEnterprise Collaborator Agreements.
    2. Select a folder and then click + to add an agreement.
    3. Use the mapping name on the General Information tab and copy the control properties from the deactivated standard agreement.
    4. Copy the detection value from the deactivated standard agreement.
    5. Click the Processes tab.
    6. Copy all the processes before File To File Transfer BOD.
    7. Add the Send process and select the document created from step 1.
  4. Add the created document on connection point and specify this information for Write a file to a folder scenario data flow:
    Write Location
    Specify the output location.
    File Name Pattern
    Use this format: [document_name]_[current_datetime].xml.

    Note: When adding the document to the file connection point, you must select the option for the Document field on the File Format Template & Document Settings section.
  5. Add the document to data flow.
