Administration dashboard properties

When you open Experience Designer Administration, a list of applications in Approved, Ready for publish, Published, and Deactivated statuses is displayed in a table. From the Experience Designer Administration dashboard, you can only launch one application at a time and you can select up to 50 records to be displayed per page.

This table shows the available properties for each application:

Property Description
Title Full name of the application.
Short Name A unique shortened name of the application that you can use to connect the application to (MNS110). You can also access an application by pressing Ctrl + R and specifying the short name in the Search and Start dialog box. You cannot have two applications with similar short names. The short name is limited to 10 characters only.
Version Numeric identifier that is used to track the updates of the application.
Status The applications that are tested and set to Approved status from the designer dashboard are displayed in the Administration dashboard. The rest of the statuses that you can use in the administration dashboard are Ready for publish, Published, and Deactivated.
Last Edited The date when an application is last modified.
Locked By The user who checked out the application. Only the user who checked out the application can save changes. When you create a new application, the application is automatically checked out to you.
Created By The user who created the application.
State Indicates whether the application is active or inactive.
