Error Report

The Error Report link is used to extract server information and generate a report that can help the support team identify issues being encountered by the system. We recommend that you include an error report when reporting any issue regarding Enterprise Collaborator.

An error report requires these fields:

Field	Definition
File name	File name is a search field that you can use to specify the name of the file in question.
Log text	Log text is a search field that you can use to filter the results.
UUID	UUID is optional if you include only a specific message, process, or activity.
