M3 Function Search administration tasks

Use the M3 Function Search Administration management page to review the status of the indexes and to see if the M3 tables are activated for search or not. Usually, the indexes are created during tenant deployment, and indexed data is kept up to date automatically. An M3 table must be activated before you can use it for search queries.

When an environment is updated with new data, for example when using the copy tool, then you must also first deactivate the table and wait until it is ready before you can activate it again.
