Deleting a document

You can delete existing documents in ION Documents. You cannot delete documents if the Receive and Send check boxes are selected. To clear these check boxes, you must modify these documents before deleting them.

Note: If the Send check box is selected during deletion, then the document is checked in IEC whether an Agreement is used in that document. If an Agreement is used, then the deletion does not proceed in IEC. Otherwise, the deletion proceeds in IEC.
  1. Select the check box of the document to be deleted.
  2. Click the Delete icon.
  3. Click Yes.
