Strip the first record that starts with $$ADD

This change helps avoid the need to change the flat file definition and for archived files to be more readable.

Strip garbage characters

Remove garbage characters before the start tag, for example: "anytext=" and after the end tag to get a real XML file. This is not easy to make, however, here are possibilities:
