Updating table indexes

  1. Select Administration Tools > M3 Function Search Administration.
  2. Select relevant tables by selecting the table check boxes.
  3. Activate table FPLEDG for SyncSupplierInvoice BOD to function correctly. Otherwise, information about original invoice in case of invoice correction (retrieved using APS200MI.SearchSupInvoic) is missing.
  4. To make the tables searchable, click Activate table(s). Alternatively, to make the tables unsearchable, click Deactivate table(s).
    Note: Updating the searchable and unsearchable functions of several tables is a time-consuming process depending on the size and number of selected tables.
  5. Click Refresh to show the latest status. You can do this while an activation is ongoing.
