Untagging configuration items

You can only untag a single item from a single tag relation at a time.

1. In the Tags row in the data table, click the tag showing the amount of tags related to the item.
   Note: If there is no tag in the Tags row then the item is not tagged.
2. Click the x on the tag you want to remove the relation with. When that action is successful, a message is displayed showing the name of that tag.
   Note: If there is no x on the tag, that means that the tag is locked. You cannot tag or untag a locked tag. When you rest the cursor on a tag, a tooltip is displayed to indicate if the tag is locked.
   Note: A configuration item can have dependencies of other configuration items. When you untag a configuration item, its dependencies get untagged automatically.
