Data Lake Publisher administration tasks

Data Lake Publisher enables M3 Business Engine to publish batched event data to ION in NDJSON format. There is no Data Fabric or Data Lake in Azure, which means that there is no data storage in Data Lake even though the component name indicates this. When tables are selected for publishing, Event Hub subscriptions are created, and database events for the selected tables are published to ION through ION Messaging Service (IMS).

When a table is selected for publishing, it is also available for initial load using the API EVS002MI.

To access Data Lake Publisher, select Administration Tools > Data Lake Publisher from the Infor M3 Menu. The Security role M3-DLSubscriptionAdmin is required to access Data Lake Publisher.
