Changing M3 program user settings

You can enable or disable M3 program settings depending on the necessity or preference of the users. The user settings are categorized into these areas: general, options, and appearance.

• General: Settings that are applicable to all programs.
• Options: Settings that are only applicable to specific programs.
  Note: In the classic UI, this area is called Standard Options.
• Appearance: Settings that enhance the look of the interface.
  Note: This is applicable only in the new H5 UI.
