Naming recommendation for an application

Application name refers to the name of the tab when you access a program from Experience Designer. When the application is installed in M3, the name of the tab is retrieved from (MNS110) which means that (MNS110) contains translations to different languages.

Short name is limited to 10 characters only. You can use the short name to access the program by pressing Ctrl + R. You can also use the short name to connect an application to the M3 menu in (MNS110).

Description is optional where you can add your internal notes.

Short name: CUSTSERV
