StoryTeller fragments

Fragments are tools that make it easier to maintain documents in StoryTeller. These fragments are general components that can exist in different documents simultaneously. One advantage is that they only need to be updated once. In the Base project, some standard fragment documents are provided. You can can add more fragments to these documents or modify existing fragments, based on the requirements.
