Creating a Send error process

Send error process is used for sending error message documents, when an error takes place during a Send process.

  1. Click the Error Processes tab.
  2. Click + and select Send.
  3. Specify this information:
    Select the Document that is previously defined in the ION Documents UI. Only documents that are enabled for send are displayed in the list.
    Select the encoding to be used when sending a file. Only custom character encodings that are defined in the Enterprise Collaborator Configuration screen are displayed in the list.
  4. Click Add.
