Verifying information category

The product includes built-in information browser category for Customer Location Address List, including the sorting orders and views required for running M3 Rental Counter. Ensure that this information browser category is available in CMS010:

To verify information category:

  1. Open "Information Browser Category.Open" (CMS010).
  2. In "Information Browser Category.Open" (CMS010/B), check the list of information categories for the entries listed for M3 Rental Counter.

    • If the applicable information categories are visible, close CMS010.

    • If the applicable information categories are missing, press F14 to generate standard settings, and continue to the next step.

  3. In "Information Browser Category.Open" (CMS010/N), select Rental Counter, and click Next.

    "Information Browser Category.Open (CMS010/B)" is displayed, including the applicable information categories.
