Verifying information categories

The product includes built-in information browser categories for Customer Search and Customer Location Address List, including the sorting orders and views required for running M3 Project Portal. Ensure that these information browser categories are available in CMS010:

To verify information categories:

  1. Open "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010).
  2. In "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010/B), check the list of information categories for the entries listed for M3 Project Portal.

    • If the applicable information categories are visible, close CMS010.

    • If the applicable information categories are missing, press F14 to generate standard settings, and continue to next step.

  3. In "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010/N), select Rental Counter and click Next.

    "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010/B) is displayed, including the applicable information categories.
