Configuring information categories

To be displayed correctly, M3 Customer Service Desk requires configuration of information browser categories, including sorting orders and views. Check if these information browser categories are available for your company and division in "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010):

To verify information categories:

  1. Open "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010).
  2. In "Information Browser Category. Open" (CMS010/B), check the list of information categories for the entries listed in the table.

    • If the applicable information categories are visible, verify that the corresponding sorting options, sorting orders, and view columns are available according to the specifications in this document.

    • If the information categories are unavailable, you must configure the information categories, sorting options, sorting orders, and views as described in this document.
