Integrating M3 issue management

  1. Select System configuration > Issue maintenance.
  2. In M3 Integration tab, specify this information:
    Issue type
    Specify the issue type to apply when an issue is created in M3 CLM from M3.
    Import M3 issue from date
    Indicate the starting date for importing M3 issues. If left blank, all available M3 issues will be imported by default.
    Field to use for M3 issue number
    Select the field to be used for the issue number from the list.
  3. Click Save.
