Initial load

The initial load imports issue records from M3 into M3 CLM, including data from key M3 tables such as Issue Type, Reason Code, Action Code, and Issue records. If M3 CLM contains the account, the process retrieves the issue header, issue line, and actions, then creates an M3 CLM issue using the configured M3 CLM issue type. This process provides M3 CLM with a complete initial set of issue data from M3.
