Adding contacts in the target group

  1. Open a campaign part where the target group is set.
  2. Click Target Group Contact.
  3. Add contacts in the target group using any of these options:
    • Click Search and search for contacts that you will add in the target group.
    • Click Add Accounts and use the Selection tool to search the contacts that you will add in the target group.
  4. Click OK.
    Note: Empty state is displayed when no target group is created. Search and Add Accounts buttons are available to generate a target group.
