Checking notebook availability

A note identifier is a notebook icon that is displayed on the entity record in the filter list to indicate that a notebook is available.

  1. Open an entity filter list.
  2. Notebook identifier and the number of chapters with content is available on its specific column. Count is not displayed if the entity has only one chapter available.
  3. To view the notebook in detail, click the note identifier.

    Depending on the setup in the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, user is directed to the default notebook if it has notebook notes. Else, the first chapter with notebook notes is displayed.
