Advanced search
Advanced search enables you to search records by using specific field criteria instead of keyword matching. When you enable advanced search, you can define precise conditions for each field. These conditions narrow the search results.
The Advanced Search switch is unavailable when you select multiple entity types. To use advanced search, select one entity type and turn on .
Note: To switch back to basic search, turn off the Advanced switch. Any defined criteria are removed from the search. The search results from the previous search remain available.
