You can set the filter so that data for a specific entity is shown.
At the upper right corner of the table, click the ellipsis button.
Select Show Filter Row. A new row is displayed below the table heading, each column has empty text fields.
Specify a keyword on any of the fields.
For example, assume that you are in the Accounts window. Specify a city under the City column to show accounts that are based in a specific city. You can filter several columns simultaneously.
Click the ellipsis button and click Reset to default to reset the filter.
Note: When SQL Filter paging is enabled, only the first 25 records are displayed. You have an option to show the remaining data when you proceed to the next page. You also have an option where you can specify the number of records you want to display per page. You can specify 5, 10, 25, or 50. The default is 25.
