Creating a general object

  1. Select My Objects on the navigation menu, by default, the first sub filter is selected.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Identifier
    Specify an identifier for the object.
    Name
    Provide a name for the object.
  4. Expand the Other Information section, then provide a description.
  5. Click Save.

    The Identifier, Name, and Description are used to search for an object when you associate it with an account or contact.
